Natallia offers a safe, calm and confidential space where you can feel heard without judgement. She believes that talking can be an important first step towards understanding yourself, your emotions and the changes you may wish to make.

Natallia offers face-to-face and online sessions, with daytime and evening appointments available. If you feel you would benefit from a space where you can pause, be heard and explore what you are experiencing at your own pace, you are welcome to contact Natallia.
