Counselling it is a talking therapy on conscious level to improve your mental health and emotional wellbeing. It means that you can choose to talk about your troubles, you can decide to do something about them and you can start to act on that decision.

It is not unusual nowadays that we feel alone with our issues. No matter how many people are around us and how supportive they are. Some days could be very bad, right?

How wonderful would it be to know that your life can be and would be satisfying when you put 100% of you effort in that? You as all of us, we deserve contentment and happiness. We should be able to think creatively in terms of finding solutions to our struggles, should we not? Talking therapy with me it is also finding your strengths, motivation as well as your barriers to your growth.
