Confidentiality means that all that you will tell your counsellor would remain between you and your counsellor (subject to a few exemptions which would be explained on the first session).

Counselling is not only for people with such difficulties or illnesses. It can help a lot with personal development and with live satisfaction.

Usually at the beginning of the first session you would be familiarized with a contract. After that the therapist will have some questions. And then you will have time to use as you want to use it.

Sometimes it could be difficult to start to talk why you are there. But a lot of people feel better just after the first session and then counselling therapy seems easier to them.

In therapy you will start to understand yourself and your actions much better. But it is a process and it could be very difficult to tell on the beginning how many sessions would be needed. Sometimes a person is happy with 3-4-5-6 sessions; sometimes counselling lasts a lot of months. You will talk about it during your treatment.

These things are natural. You will not glue with everybody. If you will find yourself in such of situation do not hesitate to talk with your therapist about it. Together you will find a solution that will satisfy you.

Face to face counselling session will last up to 50 min.

Telephone and online session usually last up to 45 min. The remaining minutes are used to close the session and to book another appointment.

After that there still would be 10min to close the session.
